Although this functions like a sitemap, it cannot be submitted to Google Webmasters Tools. Because, Google webmaster tools just accepts sitemap in XML format. You can get detailed instruction on submitting sitemap to Google here.
So, all you have to do now is just copy the code below and paste it into Blogger Static Pages or any post pages. Then, publish it. You can see a demo of this widget in my Table of Contents page.

thanks for information.i have 29 urls in my sitemap.but google webmaster tools show only 26 submitted urls

It will take some time for the rest of the URLs to be indexed by Google. Same for me here. Some of my URLs also are not indexed yet.

Here is another way to make sure that your posts easily indexed by Google.
Make sure that your post titles contain keywords that are related to your post and people commonly use to search. You can use keyword suggestion tools.
Usually, Google shows first 65 alphabets or letters in it's search. So, try to make your post title as longer as much you can(within 80 alphabets or letters) and try to include the best keywords that reflect your post.
This way helped me a lot to get first rank in Google searches for several posts.

ERROR IN SITEMAP
Hi, I am using your code to create a site map as I have told in my previous comment.
Today I found a error in sitemap.It is showing less than the actual no. of Post to a particulat level.
Like, I have a lebel "Hindi" which has 156 post but it is showing only 143 post.
Similar is the case with few other lebels.
I have subscribe to this post comment, hope you will fix this error.
